Website you accept these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted
according to the laws of England.

3.1 SI grants you a non-exclusive licence to access and use the content
in this Website for your personal purposes. You may not reproduce or distribute
any part of the content for commercial purposes.
3.2 You acknowledge that the copyright, database rights, taxonomy and
all other intellectual property rights comprised in or relating to this
Website and in the data or the taxonomy it contains belongs to SI.
3.3 You are permitted to print or download extracts from this material
for your personal use only. None of this material may be used for any
commercial or public use. 3.4 No part of sapira-hse.com, or its related
URL's, the data, the taxonomy or any material appearing on the site may
be reproduced, stored in or transmitted on any other Website without written
permission of Sapira International and any payments of a specified fee.

3.5 You may not send automated queries of any sort to sapira-hse.com without
express permission in advance from SI. Note that "sending automated queries"
includes, among other things: · "meta-searching" sapira-hse.com; and ·

4.1 Site Functions. SI does not give any warranty or
other assurance as to the operation, quality or functionality of the site
or a DAR (Dynamic Aspect Register). Access to the site may be interrupted,
restricted or delayed for any reason. SI also does not give any warranty
or other assurance as to the content of the material appearing on the
site, its accuracy, completeness, timelessness or fitness for any particular
purpose.
4.2 Damage and Loss. To the full extent permissible by
law, SI disclaims all responsibility for any damages or losses (including,
without limitation, financial loss, damages for loss in business projects,
loss of profits or other consequential losses) arising in contract, tort
or otherwise from the use of or inability to use the Site or any material
appearing on sapira-hse.com, or any of it's related URL's, or from any
action or decision taken as a result of using sapira-hse.com or any such
material.

Sapira International is not responsible for and has no control over the
content of such sites. Information on sapira-hse.com, or available via
hypertext link from sapira-hse.com, is made available without responsibility
on the part of Sapira International or it's web sites. Sapira International
disclaims all responsibility and liability (including for negligence)
in relation to information on or accessible from sapira-hse.com.
4.4 Security, Hosting and Backup.
All Sapira DAR's are hosted on our own secure server; we provide three
levels of log in security and an SSL certificate. The web servers are
loaded with the very latest patches and security features, and these are
maintained independently by a specialist support company. The servers
are loaded with a full 128bit SSL certificate - to ensure web server-to-user
data security. The servers are backed up each night via a secure connection
to an independent backup device. In the event of a server failure we will
restore the site from the most recent backup. As a DAR user you may wish
to undertake your own security evaluation of the systems we are running.
If you require additional security, we will be more than happy to discuss
this with you to arrange the necessary upgrades.Should you wish to have
your DAR(s) hosted on a stand-alone server there is an additional cost
of between £300 to £500/month depending on the level of security,
back ups and specifications required.
5. Advertising Material Advertisers are responsible for
ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on sapira-hse.com complies
with all relevant laws and regulations. SI will not take responsibility
for any error, omission or inaccuracy in advertising material.
6.
Protection Rights The name and logo of Sapira Search,
Sapira, sapira-hse.com are trademarks of Sapira International. You are
not permitted to use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce
these trademarks for any reason.
7.
Changes to the Website SI may at any time make alterations to or to withdraw
this Website or any part of it.
8.
Taxes & VAT The cost to you for the provision of listing your products
or services in our directory are outside the scope of VAT if you are outside
the EU or can provide a valid EU/UK Vat Number. Your record of payment
is your receipt from Paypal, our on line bank, or your Order Form. Payment
by cheque should include a copy of the Order Form. Sapira International's
VAT Number is displayed on our Order Form and Invoice

In accordance with the E-Commerce Directive regarding Value Added Tax
(VAT) on "online services" (Council Directive 2002/38/EC ), the UK VAT
rate of 17.5% applies to all subscription renewals made in European Union
(EU) countries. As Sapira International is based in England. EU companies
will be exempt from VAT if they provide their EU VAT number. Companies
and individual residents of non-EU countries are exempt from VAT
