Project Implementation Software Explained

Introduction

The Sapira software, known as The Dynamic Aspect Register is our on line project implementation tool. It can also be used as a stand alone on line business management tool to manage almost any project or management system. Non conformances or non compliances are recorded as are the implemented controls and actions providing an audit trail of improvement and due diligence. Project Milestones, Priority Actions, Hazards, Non Conformances, Meeting Dates and Minutes are all stored in summary form within the action tables on the home page.
It is used by organisations large and small, with single or multiple sites to manage meetings, events, health, safety quality and environmental management systems, emergency preparedness plans and business continuity management etc etc.

 

There are four key elements of the system

  • Simplicity in use with many common screens making user training quick and easy
  • Ordered Address Book allowing user type to be named to suit the project
  • Task Register (known as the Aspect Register) allows prioritisation of controls and actions
  • Document Library for the storage of SOP's, Policy, Emergency Plans, Training Records etc
