4.4 Security, Hosting and Backup.
All Sapira DAR's are hosted on our own secure server; we provide three levels of log in security and an SSL certificate. The web servers are loaded with the very latest patches and security features, and these are maintained independently by a specialist support company. The servers are loaded with a 128bit SSL certificate to ensure web server-to-user data security. In the event of a server failure we will restore the site from the most recent backup. You should retain your own backups of any information, images or documents loaded onto the system. As a DAR user you may wish to undertake your own security evaluation of the systems we are running. If you require additional security, we will be more than happy to discuss this with you to arrange the necessary upgrades. Should you wish to have your DAR(s) hosted on a stand-alone server there is an additional cost of between £300 to £500/month depending on the level of security, back ups and specifications required.
5. Advertising Material Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on sapira-hse.com complies with all relevant laws and regulations. SLLP will not take responsibility for any error, omission or inaccuracy in advertising material.
6. Protection Rights
The name and logo of Sapira Search, Sapira, sapira-hse.com are trademarks of Sapira LLP. It is a clients responsibility to confirm that the content of the advert is correct. Should a client wish to cancel his subscription at any time you should contact us explaining the reason why you do not wish to continue to advertise. Refunds are only available to clients who wish to cancel within 1 week of placing and paying for their advert, only 75% of the total advertisement will be refunded. Top of page
